Float into a deep, immersive sound experience designed to align you with the rhythms of the Moon and the wisdom of the seasons.
Phases is a four-part sound bath series, each session attuned to a specific lunar phase and its accompanying zodiac sign — all cardinal, all initiatory. Through resonant soundscapes, guided meditation, colour, scent and intentional rest, you’ll be invited to explore the cycles of growth, release, reflection, and renewal within yourself.
Each session begins with a gentle meditation, followed by a sound journey that mirrors the energetic mood of the moon. These sessions are spacious, meditative, and restorative — open to anyone seeking connection with body, breath, and the unseen tides that move us. We will finish with silence and tea, to help integrate and ground.
All sessions will take place on the four Wednesdays of August, starting at 7pm.

06.08 - 1. Waxing Gibbous in Capricorn – "Edge of Fullness"
A gong bath for expansion, tension, and the power of almost.
13.08 - 2. Waning Gibbous in Aries – "The Unravelling Light"
A sound ritual for release, gratitude, and gentle undoing.
20.08 - 3.Waning Crescent in Cancer – "Return to the Deep"
A meditative descent into rest, reflection, and inner shadow.
27.08 - 4.Waxing Crescent in Libra – "Kindling the New"
A soft emergence — a ritual for vision, hope, and gentle beginnings.
Whether you attend one session or the full cycle, each phase offers a way in — a space to listen more deeply to your inner world, to the moon, and to sound itself.
What to bring: A yoga mat or two, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down. **I recommend bringing extra cushioning as the floor here is concrete.**
You are welcome to bring a journal, crystals, or other ritual items.
No prior experience with sound journeys or astrology is necessary — just come as you are.
