Thank you for your interest! In this workshop we introduce the authentic yet modern style of miso making using NZ grown Soybeans, rice malt, and natural salt. Enjoy tasting and learning the benefits of homemade one. Take home your own Miso for aging (It takes 3 months to get matured in your storage). Making two jars you can enjoy different stages of fermentation.
