Fuel your mind and stimulate your senses through a practical, hands-on experience. We provide organic produce from our own farm in Shannon, and you are invited to help prepare it!  You will get to experience integration of culinary arts and nutrition through different cooking methods and ingredients that can enhance different parts of foods.  

This isn't your typical cooking class focused on recipes or perfecting a particular dish. Instead, it's an opportunity to connect with food, ask questions, experiment, and learn through doing. Working with in-season organic vegetables, we'll share ideas, insights, and plenty of good conversation along the way.  Ground yourself and your senses, no experience is required, just try something out. 

If you want food to be a means in your life to better your health and wellness, this is the workshop for you!



Meet your host, Balarama. 

Balarama is a Medical Science graduate with a masters from Melbourne, and is highly knowledgeable in epidemiology and public health. With qualifications in plant-based nutrition and a global education, they thrive in the midst of cooking, sciences, health and agriculture. 


Your ticket also includes a plant based dinner and dessert at the end!
