Sumner Center LLC is running its "Win A Kansas Wedding - At the Edwin Smith House and Sumner Center" Contest beginning July 7th and continuing through August 31st, 2026.  

The location of the POP UP is 114 S Jefferson Ave, Wellington Kansas 67152, NOT the Sumner Center (101 S Washington Ave) two blocks away. 

ATTENDING THE POP UP OR SCHEDULING A TOUR OF EITHER THE EDWIN SMITH HOUSE GROUNDS OR THE SUMNER CENTER WITH US IS NEITHER REQUIRED NOR WILL IT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING THE CONTEST.

The Contest is not a random drawing or sweepstakes, but rather seeks Entries that help us achieve certain Objectives that are specified in the Official Contest Rules. Links to the Official Contest Rules, the Entry Form and other pertinent information will be publicly available online beginning on July 7th, 2026 at www.sumner.center/winakswedding 

We are offering the POP UP as a means of both helping to promote the @kansaswheatfestival and making it easier for would be Contest Participants to get the Required Participant Photo - in front of the Edwin Smith House. (As is discussed in the Official Contest Rules there is an alternative method for creating a Required Participant Photo that does not require visiting the property.) 

Unfortunately we will not be offering tours of the interior of the Edwin Smith House as a part of the POP UP or during this year's Kansas Wheat Festival.

Please note that the Edwin Smith House is private, not public, property, and any presence requires owner permission and designated supervision.
