Intro to Duo Trapeze
This class will focus on the basic techniques that are specific to duo trapeze. We will go through some of the essential basic principles to building a strong connection between partners. Learn some of the tips to use efficiently your energy, such as working with gravity, the swing and bounce of the trapeze.
You will learn how to make partner work feel a lot easier and build strong confidence in each other.
You do not need a partner.
For flyers: Be able to hold your bodyweight and do leg lifts.
For the catchers: Be able to stay in a catcher position with someone else’s bodyweight for a prolonged time.
