In March we had a Relish bash and Cheeky Chutney with the Seeds to Feeds team. We're excited that the Seeds to feeds to be Leading our Garden to Kimjar - Sauerkraut & Kimchi workshop. 

We warmly invite likeminded Kimchi beginners to "From the Garden to Kimjar-  Sauerkraut & kimchi Workshop", Lead by the Seeds to feeds team and hosted by Miramar Maupuia Community Centre on 24th June.

As the growing season winds down, it's the perfect time to preserve the last of the summer harvest and transform fresh vegetables into delicious, pro-biotic rich foods to nourish us through the colder months. These tasty ferments should be ready to enjoy around Matariki and will continue to develop beautifully throughout the winter. 

Wednesday 24th June 6.30-9.30pm Miramar & Maupuia Community Centre

You will need to bring:

1 x 1 litre clean glass jar to take home your ferments
any surplus vegetables from your garden that you'd like to ferment (optional) 
Koha if you can
