Earth & Ether Gathering – A Summer Retreat Experience was created for exactly that.

This is a collaborative offering - a weaving of energies, intentions, and lived experience - designed to help you reset, reconnect, and renew in a way that feels real and supportive.

If you’ve been feeling:– mentally full or overwhelmed– disconnected from your body or your needs– stretched between responsibilities without much space for yourself– craving connection, but not the kind that feels forced or surface-level

This space meets you there.

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an environment where there is no pressure to perform or keep up.

Just space to settle… to soften… to arrive as you are.

From there, we move together through a gentle, flowing rhythm of:

✧ cacao ceremony to open the heart
✧ breathwork to release and regulate
✧ yoga and free flow movement to awaken the body
✧ conscious connection to deepen presence with self and others
✧ sound and meditation to ground and integrate
 ✧ crystal connection and time in nature to anchor the experience

Each element is intentionally layered to support both release and restoration, helping you shift out of doing, and back into being.

A sense of your body softening
Your breath deepening naturally
Moments of clarity or emotional release
Connection that feels genuine and easy
A quiet return to the present moment

About Your Guides

Sarah Redmond | Yoga by SarahSarah is a trauma-informed yoga guide and energy-based facilitator who creates deeply restorative, sensory-rich experiences. Her work blends yoga, breathwork, meditation, and subtle energy practices to support nervous system healing and inner connection. Through intentional elements like sound, lighting, aromatherapy, and crystal energy, she creates a space where you can soften, release, and reconnect in a way that feels safe and supported.

Crystal Inness | Crystal Clear ConnectionsCrystal’s work centers around authentic connection, emotional awareness, and creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others. Through breathwork, movement, and intuitive facilitation, she invites expression, presence, and meaningful connection… supporting each person in following their own internal guidance.



You don’t need to have experience with any of these practices. You don’t need to show up in any certain way.
