It's time to get the stretchy pants out, Wellington On a Plate is back for 2019!
This year our #DineWelly entry features red, gold and chioggia baby beetroot, Shoots Microgreens, green pea falafel, tofu mayo, dukkah and manuka smoke. We've paired this dish up with the Nautilus Estate's Southern Valleys Pinot Noir, or housemade beetroot, rosemary & lemon soda.
