5 Week blocks are $100 (1 class free for your commitment!), 
or join casually any week for $25.

Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield. Get back to basics and immerse yourself fully in the movement in this welcoming inclusive class. This class is a chance to delve into the movements and embody them and take as much time as the group needs to really get into it. If the group is ready for more we will do more, all levels are welcome! 

You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience, ending in a relaxing stretch.

This class will be taught with recorded music while our usual resident Monday night drummer Sus raises her new puppy, with a possibility of an occasional special guest drummer accompanying, TBC.
