- **Event Name**: Crowd Work Masterclass
- **Event Start and End Date**: Tue, 03 Nov, 2026 at 06:00 pm – Tue, 03 Nov, 2026 at 08:00 pm (+13:00)
- **Event Description**: Crowd Work is one of Comedy’s most fun and risky tools. Used effectively it can elevate an average set to a smash. Or it can make you look unprepared and unprofessional.

Learn about the how’s, why’s, and when’s of doing crowd work from a pro-comic. Take in the theory and then practice it yourself in the room to start building a new comedy muscle in this hands-on workshop.

Whether you are creating a connection, establishing power, setting up a bit, or dealing with a heckler – there’s plenty of places on and off the stage for good crowd work.

Brendon Green has been doing comedy for over 15 years, and has talked with audiences all over the world. He has been (or currently is) the audience warm up act for Taskmaster NZ, Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont-Spelling Bee, 7 Days, Dancing With The Stars, The Project, Paddy Gower Has Issues, Have You Been Paying Attention, plus a bunch of other shows. He’s a go-to MC of pro shows, and has performed over 10 solo hours in Comedy Festivals.

This will be a great workshop for anyone wanting to build their comedy toolkit.

Cost: $40 (or $70 for both Crowd Work and MC Skills Masterclass: https://www.facebook.com/share/1KhA36ZFk5/ )
