WHAT THIS WORKSHOP COVERS

- The history and cultural significance of bánh mì
- Learn how to make Vietnamese chicken liver and VEGAN paté, egg yolk and VEGAN mayonnaise, pickled carrot and daikon
- Prepare and assemble your own bánh mì

WHAT YOU WILL GET

- Hands-on guidance in making an authentic Vietnamese bánh mì
- A freshly made bánh mì to enjoy during the workshop
- A take-home recipe card with ingredients and step-by-step instructions
- Opportunities to connect with fellow VUW staff and students in a fun, inclusive environment
