Founder of SomaPsych | BA Psych | MA Psych Student
Somatic Facilitator | Trauma-Informed Educator

Amanda is a somatic facilitator, educator, and guide who brings deep compassion and clarity to her work. With over 500 hours of trauma-informed training—including social justice, systemic change, and embodied facilitation—she bridges science and soul.

Currently completing her Master's in Psychology, Amanda is passionate about making somatics accessible to those on the frontlines of care and communities often left out of mainstream wellness. Her work blends practical tools, nervous system science, and embodied wisdom to support sustainable change—from the inside out.
