Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is for anyone looking to level up their yoga practice or who might aspire to be a yoga teacher someday (maybe even someday soon!)

We offer a deeply grounded, down-to-earth approach to learning the anatomy, physiology, sequencing, cueing, breath, philosophy & whakapapa of yoga and yoga’s Vedic origins. What’s more, we structure our training on Sir Mason Drurie’s holistic wellbeing model of Te Whare Tapa Whā and examine the overlaps between te ao Māori and yogic wisdoms in a culturally respectful and appropriate way.

You’re not going to find a YTT more unique to Aotearoa than here, yet our @yogaalliance certification ensures you can teach anywhere in the world.

Pillar 4 (Wairua/Spirit):
Thurs 15th October - Sun 18th October

Pillar 5 (Whānau/Community):
Thurs 12th November - Sun 15th November
