- **Event Description**: Celebrate Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year (yusss!) but also a day to turn inwards to pause and reflect on what we’ve been cultivating through the year - how do we want to grow and evolve as Summer and the New Year approach?  What do we need to leave behind?

The solstice is celebrated differently culture to culture...many modern yoga traditions honour it with 108 sun salutations. 

The evening begins with a light warm up, some intention-setting, followed by 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun A). Plenty of breaks for rest and reflection included! 

This is an all-levels practice and is open to the public. Bookings not required, and mat hire included in your koha.
