Fall fun is back at Hearthstone! Join us for a full day of autumn magic, hands‑on activities, and community cheer. Whether you’re here for the scarecrows, the food, the music, or just a good time outdoors, there’s something for everyone.

Enter Your Scarecrow in our annual Scarecrow Festival!

Help bring Hearthstone Botanical Gardens to life this fall by creating your own scarecrow for Festival Day on October 17. All entries will be displayed throughout the gardens, and visitors will vote for their favorites. Each category winner receives a cash prize.

Children & Youth • Adults & Families • Businesses & Organizations • Field Scarecrows

Entry Details:  
Entry is free and open to everyone.
Drop‑off dates: October 6–13, 2026.
Participants must set up their scarecrow in the marked area for their category.
Scarecrows stay on display until Festival Day and have to be collected after the event by their creators.
Attach your name and phone number securely to the back.
All entries must be family‑friendly and sturdy enough for outdoor weather.
Bring your creativity and help fill the gardens with fall spirit. We can’t wait to see your scarecrow.

Prizes:  
🥇 First Place – Cash Prize
🥈 Second Place – Basket of goodies
🥉 Third Place – Ribbon
