Fused Glass Christmas Tree Workshop facilitated by Urban Tractor Farm

Spend a fun-filled session making Fused Glass Christmas Trees. Festive decorations to adorn your home, or give-a-way for a wonderful gift! In the workshop, you will learn about the art and craft of fused glass - the melting of glass together to form an art piece.
Create three Christmas Trees by decorating pre-cut blanks with colourful frit, glass stringers, noodles, glass dots and chunks to create your own custom and inspired creations.
The class cost includes instruction, and all the materials to make three Christmas Trees shapes
Approximate Tree sizes are:
1 at 5" tall
1 at 5-1/2" tall
1 at 6" tall
As fused glass projects need to be fired in a kiln, a process that can take up to 16 hours, your Trees will be fired after your session in our studio kilns and available for pick up at the Meridian Community Centre when ready.
No experience in stained glass or fusing is necessary. Qualified instructors will lead you through your creative experience.
