Rooted in the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), this practice invites you to bathe your five senses in the sights, sounds, textures, and aromas of the forest.Unlike a hike or fitness walk, this two-hour experience covers approximately one kilometre at a slow and intentional pace. The forest is the therapist—your guide simply offers prompts to help open your senses and encourage you to notice what is around you.You will be invited to:Slow down, wander, sit, or lean quietly among the trees.Experience the forest through mindful observation rather than analysis.Listen inwardly while also tuning outwardly to the natural world.Share reflections with the group if you choose, or remain in silence.At times, we will separate to spend about 20 minutes on our own.
