Rooted in the original spirit of Valentine’s Day, this gathering honours devotion, courage and the heart’s capacity to soften, awaken and connect within ourselves and with others. 

This is an evening of guided meditation, connection to the self rituals, breathwork, gentle Hatha yoga and a sacred sonic sound bath held by Elysha Emrich.

Join us ? February 14th 2026, from 2 to 4pm? as we celebrate the choosing of love and the expanding of one’s own heart. 

✨Here are all the details you will need;✨

?The event is from 2 - 4pm @Samadhi Yoga, Welland ON. 
?Text Elysha at 289-673-5643 to secure your spot. Spaces are limited. 
?$35 contribution via e-transfer 
?Bring a yoga mat if you got it (if not we have extras), a water bottle to stay hydrated, a pillow for under your head/sitting on (optional) and an open mind. 
??Dress in layers as the room is heated by infrared panels at 90 degrees celsius. 
⏰Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
