These lots became available, as owner is relocating and downsizing.
We will be offering several well-made, quality pieces that are clean and beautifully maintained. These pieces consist of, but are not limited to, corner curio cabinet, tiffany floor lamp, love seat and matching couch, two (2) recliners, a flat screen TV, grandfather clock, kitchen table & chairs, two (2) bedroom suites, top load LG washer and matching dryer.
In addition, there is glass ware, tools (drill press, scroll saw, vice, etc.) a refrigerator, upright freezer, and miscellaneous household items.

Lots are sold “AS IS’. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect item prior to bidding. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to purchases.
Cash and checks will be accepted. C/C or DB cards will incur an additional 3.5% use charge.
Selling order will be determined by auctioneer.
Buyers must register day of auction to secure bid card. Photo ID is required,
