Floating Aerial Sound Bath

Join Monica Kessler, experienced Aerial Yoga Instructor and sound healer, in this floating sound bath that will give you space to unwind, release tension, and explore the depths of your consciousness. In the first half of class, we will explore a beginner-friendly gentle aerial yoga practice followed by resting inside a silk aerial hammock, guided by the gentle resonance of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and a wind gong. You may experience a range of sensations, from tingling waves of energy to profound insights and emotional release. No Aerial Yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this Floating Aerial Sound Bath. It’s recommended to dress warm & comfortable, wear socks, bring a small pillow, or eye mask, arrive calmly & quietly, and arrive 15 minutes early.
