Women: Cut to top 16 for semi-finals at King Ferry Bowling Center (min. 24 entries)
Semi-Finals: 6 games switching pairs each game at King Ferry Bowling Center
Final Round: Top 8 bowl Round Robin then cut to top 4 for Stepladder Final at Memory Lanes at the Corona Club, Groton, NY
