ROCovery Does the Webster Boxing Academy

ROCovery is going to visit and do some work in a real old school style boxing gym; Webster Boxing Academy at 2175 Empire Blvd, Webster, NY 14580. Maybe do some mitt work rounds in the ring, work on the double-ended bags, hit the speed bag, work some defensive drills... All the sights, sounds (and smells) of a real boxing gym in Webster with coach Barco.

If you ever wanted to take it beyond "the basics" that we cover here at the center, but weren't comfortable going to an "official" boxing gym, this is your chance!

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.

All our classes and events are free and open to anyone with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. First time participants, please fill out a membership questionnaire here: https://www.rocoveryfitness.org/membership.html
