- **Event Description**: Join us Sunday, Febuary 22nd, at Lighthouse Reiki and Crystals for a guided meditation featuring Antique Tibetan sound bowls. 

For part 2 of our forgiveness series, we address family. Often, our deepest wounds were inflicted during our childhood, around our families, and in the homes we grew up in. These lasting impressions often stay with us for decades, adding weight to our day to day existence, and friction to our familial ties. But we do not have to bear this burden. Through forgiveness, remembering the divinity that resides in all beings, we can begin to lighten the load and co-exist with those that brought us into this world. 

We will begin promptly at 2:30pm, then we will open meditation with a guided warm up to anchor us in the present moment.
