Bay View Family YMCA's 5 Keys to a Healthy Heart

Heart disease is the number one cause of death in America. That's why we're proud to team up with our partners at UR Medicine to provide educational sessions to help our members learn ways to stay heart healthy.

Blood pressure screenings and CPR demos will take place from 9 am to noon; an educational talk with Christopher Montgomery, M.D. begins at 10 am.
