What’s Included:
✨ Confidence-Boosting Yoga with Jen Kierecki
A fun, uplifting yoga class designed to help kids feel strong, focused, and centered.
✨ Empowerment Creation Activity
Kids will create their own confidence piece—a mini poster or personal message using art supplies, stickers, and their own words. Whether it’s “I Am Brave” or “Kindness is My Superpower,” this activity helps kids express what makes them strong and unique.
✨ Power Pose Photo Session with Jess Palmer from Jess Palmer Photography
Each child will enjoy a short photo session capturing both a fun action yoga shot and a bold empowerment pose.
📸 Includes 2 high-resolution digital photos, with the option to add on a mini portrait session. Sign-ups will be available on the day of the event.
✨ Back-to-School Intention Circle
We’ll conclude with calming breathwork and a shared intention for a confident and joyful school year ahead.
