🧘 Gentle yoga movement with nurturing massage as you breath and ground followed by sharing in circle with the focus on mothering.

☕️ Tea and lite refreshments provided. All props and mats provided. No yoga experience necessary, this will be a gentle class.

🍃 Expect to leave with a sense of embodiment and a connection with others.

💕 Sharing is optional but encouraged- when you express what is on your heart you not only feel held and heard by others but you also allow others to feel like they aren’t alone. Even if you have unique experiences to share, others can see themselves in your story and can relate.

💫 This is a regular monthly event every fourth Saturday of the month at 3pm at Weaverville Yoga Studio 💫

🌺 Your host and guide is Abigail Earl. She is a mother of three, a yoga instructor, massage therapist and reiki practitioner. She has a passion for supporting mothers and desires to create a space where each woman can feel held and and acknowledged in her great work of raising humans with a more regulated nervous system and sense of community.
