Activate the Light Within

Activate the Light Within is about holding space for you to rest your body and cultivate a deep sense of ease allowing your innate healing to take place.

Lauren will give the group reiki and combine sound with crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and drum. Light language will also be incorporated throughout the journey.

These three healing modalities weave beautifully together creating a powerful activation within the body, mind and soul.
