- **Event Description**: It’s time to get your act together! The Trinity Players will be presenting the 3nd annual "Trinity's Got Talent" at 6pm on Saturday, May 30th at the Performing Arts Center in Weaverville, CA. Trinity’s Got Talent is a talent show where contestants perform for a live audience and a panel of judges to win cash prizes and other awards.  

This year, the 1st place cash prize will be split 50/50 between the judges favorite and the crowd favorite.  The 1st place cash prize is all the money collected from contestant entry fees. It costs $25 to enter the contest, and this year all contestants will be entered into the same category.  2nd, 3rd and 4th place winners will receive gift cards to local businesses.  2nd place - $75, 3rd place -  $50, and 4th place -  $25.

Tickets to watch the show cost $10 and can be purchased at the door the day of the event, or online at www.tapaconline.org (tickets purchased online include a small service fee).

A panel of judges made up of Trinity Players members (and the audience members) will decide the winners.  Judging will be based on a provided rubric and predetermined criteria which includes: Preparation, Deliver/Quality, Stage Presence and Creativity.  The winners will be announced that evening and presented their prizes. 

Seeking contestants!  Entry forms can be downloaded online from www.tapaconline.org or picked up in person at the Trinity County Visitor Center, or at the Trinity Alps Performing Arts Center.
