Contestants should show confidence and personality, while embracing their natural beauty and being true to themselves. ?1st Event: Beauty Wear: Any formal style dress is allowed. No restrictions on bling or accessories. Age-appropriate make-up is acceptable. Hair bows and adornments are acceptable. Wigs and hairpieces are acceptable. ?2nd Event: Theme Wear: All Mixed Up ?3rd Event: Outfit of Choice: Anything Goes! Contestants can wear any outfit of your choosing. Perhaps something that showcases your true personality. ?4th Event: Talent (optional) No longer than 3 minutes.
