The 6th Annual Holiday Fitness Challenge is live

Cost
$150 for Non Dub members
$50 for Dub members
*Challengers only T-Shirt is included in cost.
*Baseline nutrition consultation and accountability check ins.
*6 week gym membership. Including all classes, open gym and extra programs.
This is a 6 week challenge and it’s point based. There will be an overall Male and Female winner. There are multiple different ways to earn points.
🚨Winners will receive a prize a package that will include gift certificates, maybe clothes, sour dough bread, books etc….
🔵% of BF lost or Muscle gained. We do weigh ins with Nutrition Nation Weatherford to track this.
🔵Class check ins. Must check into 3 classes per week.
🔵Random things to earn points
✅There is a t-shirt that will be coming out that only participating members will get.
✅The main purpose of this is to give current and new joining members an objective goal to help keep yourselves healthy and accountable over the holidays.
