Dr. McDuff’s writing stems from “ordinary life--raising children and teaching students--amidst the enormity of our uncertain times, especially our changing climate.” Her program will explore stories from two published books, “Love Your Mother: 50 States, 50 Stories, and 50 Women United for Climate Justice” and “Our Last Best Act: Planning for the End of Our Lives to Protect the People and Places We Love.”Doors will open for check-in starting at 5:00 pm with live music provided by Cider Ridge band. The presentation will last about one hour including question and answer.
