- **Event Description**: Merry Christmas to our friends and family at Blue Rooster Southern Grill and The Roost Chop House. Our restaurants have come together to raise money for our annual Children of the Mountains Christmas campaign, which holds a special significance for us. Our Nonprofit organization, Children of the Mountains, does incredible work, and we've seen firsthand the impact this organization makes on the lives of local children. 
Although you can donate at any time, we have six upcoming events in which donating $20 will give you a chance to win a $100 gift card.  
On the next two Fridays and Saturdays, 12/12, 12/13, 12/19, 12/20.  During these days, each $20 donation will add your name to a drawing.  At the end of each night, a winner will be drawn at each restaurant and will receive a $100 gift card that is redeemable at either Blue Rooster Southern Grill or The Roost Chop House.
This year, we will be accepting donations by cash, check, or credit card. (Checks should be made out to Children of the Mountains and can be mailed to 207 Paragon Parkway, Clyde, NC 28721.
Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. Even just a few dollars can help move this mission forward and reach those who need it most.
The flagship project of Children of the Mountains is providing Christmas presents and a fabulous Christmas party filled with food, entertainment, fellowship, and a visit from Santa Claus for children who are unable to be with their families during the Christmas season. 
If you can't donate right now, sharing this fundraiser is also incredibly helpful. We accept donations throughout the year. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. It means the world to local children and us.
