Derby Day for Bowen

This year, Shelley and I are starting something close to our hearts. �

Derby Day for Bowen is the first of what we hope will become a yearly tradition at Smith Acres — a Derby Day fundraiser dedicated to giving back to our community.

Every Derby Day moving forward, we’ll open our doors not just to celebrate the tradition, but to support a local family or cause that needs a little extra love. This year, we’re gathering for Bowen — a brave little boy facing DIPG — and to help support childhood cancer research.

We would be honored to gather with you on Saturday, May 2nd for a Derby-Casino inspired evening filled with community, connection, and hope. ��
