This is a gentle flow class with some occasional yin poses and longer holds incorporated. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat, additional props are available at the studio.

Parking and entry to our space is behind the building, not on East Main Street. You will turn onto S Bayard Ave where you can find street parking if the small gravel lot beside the brick building is full. Our studio entry is through the white doors beside the outdoor staircase where you’ll see a sign for the barber shop that is in our building. Once you enter through the first and second door, our studio is through the mosaic glass door on the right.
