Honey is an incredible canvas for flavor!

Join **Uptown Tea Shop + The Giddy Bee** for a hands-on workshop exploring how premium loose-leaf teas, dried fruits, herbs, spices and botanicals can transform raw honey into something completely new.

Led by Honey Sommelier Anne Marie Katalenas of The Giddy Bee, you’ll taste and experiment with different flavor combinations while learning the basics of selecting honey, pairing flavors and safely creating botanical honey infusions.

We’ll also explore the traditional **honey electuary**—a preparation combining raw honey with finely ground botanicals.

✨ **Best of all, you’ll create THREE custom honey preparations to take home:**

🍯 Two Tea & Botanical Infused Honeys
🌿 One Botanical Honey Electuary

Along the way, you’ll sample varietal honeys, teas and botanicals, learn infusion techniques and create flavor combinations that are uniquely yours.
