Led by our very own veteran stage manager, Paige McElroy, this interactive training will guide participants through every stage of the production process, including:

✅ Pre-audition preparation
✅ Auditions
✅ Rehearsals
✅ Tech week
✅ Performances
✅ Post-production responsibilities

You'll also learn essential stage management skills such as:

• Cast communication
• Taking rehearsal notes
• Managing props and scene changes
• Calling cues
• Contingency planning
• Safety and organization

Additional focus will be placed on problem solving, quick decision making, attention to detail, effective communication, and staying calm under pressure

This workshop goes beyond theory and includes:
