Any Other Position Which Remains Vacant, is created, or is otherwise deemed subject to the authority of the meeting.

All Regular, Associate, and Lifetime Members are eligible to vote and for nomination as Vice President of Activities/Programs, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Membership, Vice President of High School Relations, Vice President of Publicity, Vice President of Records, Any Other Position Which Remains Vacant, is created, or is otherwise deemed subject to the authority of the meeting. Only persons who are a former student of Texas A&M University may serve as President, President-Elect, or Immediate Past-President.

In order to qualify as a "Regular Member", a person must have been, at one time, enrolled in any of the regular courses of Texas A&M University (College Station) and all persons who have received advanced or honorary degrees from the University. 

In order to qualify as an "Associate Member", a person must not qualify as a "Regular Member" and have demonstrated his/her interest in Texas A&M University and in the activities of the Club.

A "Lifetime Member" of the club is a person who has rendered outstanding service to the Club and has been awarded such status, with the unanimous approval of the Board of Directors.
