The Piotr Szlempo Quintet is led by Piotr Szlempo – a trumpeter and composer from Nysa. His ensemble has received numerous awards and recognition within the jazz community.

? Their album "Polish Pentagon" was met with widespread acclaim and was nominated for a Fryderyk 2024 Award in the category Phonographic Debut of the Year – Jazz.
This is a tremendous honor for the band and a proud moment for our local community!

During the concert, original music by Piotr Szlempo will be performed – a new repertoire composed at the beginning of this year. It will be its concert premiere, serving as a preview of the ensemble’s future artistic endeavors.
