- **Event Description**: For 36 years, WCN hosted The Group Home Christmas Party for adult friends with special needs who live in Group Homes. It is WCN’s longest running ministry event and one of the most beautiful things we get to be part of. This year, we are expanding The Group Home Christmas Party and giving it a new name. We will include children in Special Education programs in Waverly schools! Our current building gives us ample space to expand the ministry. The event’s new name is WCN’s Exceptional Christmas Party! Exceptional has replaced special when referring to our friends. They are exceptional. The party will be exceptional. If you signed up for a gift, please get it to WCN's campus soon. We need food brought for the meal. Reach out to Pastort Mary, Julie, or Candy Lee to find out what you can bring. Plan to come to serve and sing and dance and act silly. No better way to Celebrate Christmas. December 14th. 2pm.
