Join us for a Community Canned Food Drive and take a festive journey through time. Bring canned goods to either Ira Sturdevant House or the Bremer County Historical Society Museum as admission to the event or make a donation towards local history. 
? 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Begin the afternoon at the Ira Sturdevant House with a guided tour and Pioneer Christmas crafts.
? 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Continue the celebration at the Bremer County Historical Society Museum for live music, “Christmas Through Time,” pictures with Santa, more crafts, and holiday treats.
?️ Don’t forget to stop by our gift shop to find the perfect gift for the history lover on your list and pick up your 2026 memberships, available at a special event price!
? Santa Sessions are pay-what-you-can, with all proceeds supporting both nonprofits in their mission to preserve local history and inspire the next generation of youth historians.
