Peterson Winery is a family-run Dry Creek Valley producer known for its sustainable farming and “Zero Manipulation” philosophy—low-tech, high-touch winemaking that preserves vineyard character. Fred is the proprietor and longtime winegrower (40+ years), who founded the winery and now works alongside his son, winemaker Jamie Peterson. We've visited Fred many times out in Dry Creek and even went on our first Ruby Club Member trip in 2018. We never pass up a chance to have him or one of his kids stop by the bar when they are in town and taste through their delicious wines.
