- **Event Description**: Tabal is eager to bring the magic of our chocolate making classes out into the community.  We have had the privilege of hosting our 101 class at our shop for many years now and thought, why not take our class on the road!  So that's exactly what we did!

An introduction to chocolate; this introductory course takes you through the entire process of making chocolate from scratch.  We’ll taste and learn about the different types of single origin chocolate, their ingredients, and flavor profiles. Also covered is the processing that goes on before the cacao reaches Tabal and the bean to bar process. Finally we will go on a world tasting tour that explores the unique flavor profiles of single origin chocolate.

Participants will leave having a great understanding of where chocolate comes from, how it is made, appreciating dark chocolate more, and hopefully becoming a fan of Tabal Chocolate!
