This will be a two-part evening where attendees can choose between two classes taught by local artists (or take both if your creative juices are flowing!) Looking for a Valentine's Day or Galentine's Day gift? This is the perfect date night!

The Local Makery will be handling registration of this event. A portion of proceeds will be donated to SEA Literacy, WGIRLS Milwaukee's Q1 beneficiary. Both classes are open to the public. Purchase your tickets using the links below:

Class #1: Charcoal Drawing (6:00-7:00PM) - $45
Instructor: Khaula Kai
Khaula is the co-owner of The Local Makery. With a degree in architecture and experience running a candle business in LA, she now focuses on teaching a variety of crafts, including painting, candle-making, and more. Through her work, she inspires others to explore and develop their creative talents.

Class #2: Watercolor Line Art (7:30-8:30PM) - $35
Instructor: Kendra Ninmann (@kendraninmann)
Artist, educator, and founder of Art Club MKE, Kendra captures moments of nature and architecture, alternating between color and black & white in a variety of mediums. She is currently the artist-in-residence at The Local Makery and was recently featured as the artist-in-residence at Fiddleheads Coffee in Shorewood.

Workshops range from candle making to leatherworking, with an environment designed to help beginners and seasoned makers alike discover a new passion or refine an existing one.
