Be Still: When Relationships Feel Hard - Finding Peace, Boundaries, and Grace

Do you feel the weight of strained family dynamics or tense friendships—especially as the holidays approach?

In this Be Still class, we’ll stretch to unwind stress, explore how relational conflict impacts our health, and learn practical tools for setting healthy boundaries. Anchored in Romans 12:18 and Colossians 3:12–14, we’ll reflect on what it means to pursue peace while staying clothed in love. Through guided meditation, we’ll visualize God’s presence in the middle of hard conversations and leave with fresh grace for the relationships that matter most.

You don’t need to bring anything—everything is provided, including yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. Just come as you are, ready to relax and reconnect with the gift of rest.
