Meditative Art Making Workshop: New Perspectives

Align your senses with the new moon this fall season during meditative art making workshops. Take inspiration from restorative yoga and mindful breathing exercises and create art in connection with nature’s rhythm. Develop your own art-making rituals while constructing a journal to awaken your creative intuition.

As the year ends, participate in the final meditative making workshop focused on setting the tone for the new year. Enrich your art making rituals with junk journaling, intention setting, and mindful breathing exercises.

Fee: $50 for Museum members, $60 for non-members per session; includes all materials.

If you sign up for all three Meditative Making Workshops, you receive a $30 discount. To receive the discount, please register over the phone and call the Museum, 715.845.7010 or stop into the Museum during open hours.
