Kick off your Tuesday with an energizing outdoor workout to get your heart rate up, build strength, and leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class — we’ll alternate short bursts of high-intensity cardio/strength work with recovery periods. It’s a great way to build endurance, burn energy efficiently, and improve overall fitness in less time.

What to Expect:
✨ 5 min warm-up
✨ 45–50 min HIIT cardio + strength workout
✨ 5 min cool-down
✨ Optional 10 min meditation
✨ Modifications for all levels

Bring: Water, mat and/or towel (sweat towel recommended), sunscreen, workout clothes, and a friend ?☀️?

Led by Emily, certified group fitness instructor and YMCA cycling instructor ?

? Please use the restroom before arriving, as park bathrooms may be closed.
