Join Katie Ruiz, Registered Yoga Teacher & Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist of 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness and Mosaic of North Central Wisconsin for a rejuvenating hour of rest with the soothing vibrations of a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls.  

Often referred to as a sound bath, you will spend most of the hour reclining with the support of cushions and blankets, and be guided on a journey of sound, vibration, and self-discovery. Sound vibrations help the body restore parts of itself that are out of balance.
