Held on our peaceful 32-acre Yoga Farm, this experience gently weaves together yin yoga, equine-guided meditation with our therapy horses, sound healing, guided rest, nature immersion and simple science-based tools to support nervous system regulation, hormone health, sleep, mood and energy.

The day is spacious, nourishing and grounding — a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with your body and be supported by nature and a community of women walking a similar path.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, more rested and more like yourself again.

Facilitated by Anna Rimmer (Yoga Farm founder, Yin Yoga and Equine Assisted Therapy) and Jo Surkitt (women’s wellness educator with 25+ years’ experience), blending evidence-based knowledge with gentle, embodied practices.

Nourishing food, time in nature, connection, rest and deep care are all part of the day.
