Katrina will begin with gentle, guided breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring you back into your body… creating a grounded foundation before moving into a deeply restorative meditative state.
Using frequency instruments and intuitive energy healing, you’ll be supported to soften, release and recalibrate in a steady, safe container.
No experience needed.
