I actually met Sarah by going along to one of her Groove sessions myself and I loved the experience

For me,there was something really special about the combination of music, movement, freedom and rest
It gave me a chance to get out of my head, reconnect with my body and myself 

And one of the things I loved most was the people
The women who come along are warm, friendly and open to connection — it feels very easy to be yourself and meet others

So when I had the opportunity to collaborate with Sarah, it felt like such a natural fit
